Dear Abi,

I felt I had to put pen to paper to say a very big thank you for the beautiful Eeyore cake you made for my daughter. The amount of time and effort that went into it, it seemed a shame to cut it, but it was a big hit with everyone that saw it and tasted it.

Dear Abigail,

We had a brilliant day on Friday and are now recovering before we go away on holiday!

All of the guests enjoyed the cake and most of it has gone apart from some of the fruit cake.

Dear Abi,

I must apologise for the belated thank you. I meant to send this all   last week, but the time just whizzed by. Amanda brought the Nemo cake to our party on Sunday and the first thing that amazed me was the weight - it was so very heavy. Then we opened the box and it was fantastic. My little boy just stood there open-mouthed looking at it - I don't think he could quite believe his eyes. Not only did the cake look amazing, it was absolutely delicious too - thank you so much for such   a brilliant cake - it was worth every penny.

Dear Abigail,

Just a quick letter to say a very big thank you for our beautiful wedding cake that you made for us (Gosfield Hall 30th March).

The cake was everything we hoped it would be, it looked beautiful and tasted gorgeous! We even asked Gosfield Hall to keep us a piece from each layer, they put it in our room on the night of the wedding which was a lovely treat at the end of the day - we ate it all! I suppose the real testament is there was only 4 (small) pieces of cake for us to take home in the morning, so we were not the only ones who liked it!

Once again, thank you so much, I will recommend you to any of my friends who tie the knot in the future!
